Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jeannette Bilodeau can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

The family announces with great sorrow that Mom has moved on to be with our dear Dad after a long illness. Our mother passed away peacefully at the Timmins Extendicare on Thursday August 27, 2020 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by her loving husband Clifford Bilodeau (February 10, 2018). She leaves behind her loving children Diane and Gil Kelly, Gerry and Rollande Bilodeau, Richard and Viviane Bilodeau and Marc and Linda Bilodeau; her grandchildren Kim (Mike) Piche, Kevin (Nicole) Kelly, Jason (Kelli) Kelly, Daena (Sam) Cooper, Lindsay (Richard) Frost, Ashley Bilodeau, Michel (Stephanie) Bilodeau, Robert (Shannon) Bilodeau, Bryan (Ashley) Bilodeau and Cee-Jay (Ryan) Dubeau; her great-grandchildren Tyler and Riley Piche, Emilie and Kassandre Kelly, Kathleen Kelly (Krys), Emma and Paige Bilodeau, Ethan and Christopher Bilodeau, Sage Cooper and Kaycee and Ella Rose Bilodeau. Mom leaves behind her dear sister Lilianne Brien aged 101 years young and her brother-in-law Laverne Leonard. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Romeo Dore and Bernadette St-Denis, and by her siblings Georgette Guite, Yvette Giroux, Lucille Thibeault, Pauline Leonard, Therese Sheppard, Denise Rivard, Johnny (Jean) Dore and Lucien Dore. She also leaves behind several family members on the Dore and Bilodeau sides, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. We would like to thank dearly the staff at the Kamiskotia Wing at Extendicare for all of their special care throughout the many years and to all the special Angels and most specifically Dr. DiTullio. A private family funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 1, 2020 at St-Dominique, with Father Alexi O’Lenga officiating. In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations to St-Dominique Church would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with LESSARD-STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME.
